Cloud Custom Pony - WIP

This is a custom pony I've been working on in which I'll be giving away for a raffle at my MLP party at Anthrocon this year.

She doesn't have a name yet...

Um...pardon my hand being in the picture, since her head had been lopped off and there's nothing to hold it place (not yet, anyways) XD The only thing that she needs is to have her eye colour changed to blue and she'll have white hair, which I'm waiting to arrive in the mail.

Her "saddle" is painted with a flat blue paint, and then a layer of glittery irredecent glitter sealer on top of that. The white clouds are made from puffy 3D paint, as well as the purple border around the saddle. Same goes for the design on her neck. For her little cloud symbol on her hoof, I painted a solid blue cloud, and then when the paint dried, I put the glitter sealer on, and then I put the puffy cloud on top of that, make it look like it has a blue out-line to it.
