Kalika Flail Badge

So, I'm testing out a new type of badge, called Flail Badges! They can have one arm active (waving!), or two arms (flailing), or maybe even have it so that the character has moving wings, which I plan on testing as well

I also needed to test out my Tria Markers. I still need to get used to them, but I think it turned out nice
